1. Who we are

Reevid ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered video editing service that automatically creates short-form clips from long-form videos. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Reevid at reevid.ai.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your email address and (if you use Google sign-in) your name and profile picture. We use Supabase for authentication.

Videos you upload

Videos you upload are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 (cloud object storage). They are used solely to generate your short clips and are never shared with third parties for any purpose other than processing.

Usage data

We track minutes of video processed and number of exports used to enforce your plan limits. We do not sell this data.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment data.

3. How we use your information

  • To process your videos and generate short clips
  • To manage your account and subscription
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts)
  • To enforce fair usage limits on your plan
  • To improve our AI model and service quality (using aggregated, anonymized data only)

We do not use your videos or personal data for advertising purposes.

4. Data retention

Your uploaded source videos and generated clips are stored as long as your account is active. You can delete any project at any time from your dashboard, which permanently removes associated files from our storage. If you delete your account, all your data is deleted within 30 days.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Reevid:

  • Supabase — authentication and database
  • Cloudflare R2 — video file storage
  • Razorpay — payment processing
  • Google AI — AI video analysis (video content is sent to Google's API for analysis and is subject to Google's data use policy for API users)

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data in a portable format

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted storage, HTTPS-only access, and signed URLs for all video access. No password is stored in plain text. However, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

9. Children

Reevid is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of Reevid after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
