By accessing or using Reevid ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reevid.
Reevid is an AI-powered video editing service that processes long-form videos to automatically generate short-form clips suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms. The Service includes an AI clip selector, video editor, and delivery of processed video files.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Reevid, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Ownership: You retain full ownership of all videos you upload and all clips generated from them.
License to us: By uploading content, you grant Reevid a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyse your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Your responsibility: You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload the content, and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights).
Prohibited content: You may not upload content that is illegal, violates any third-party rights, contains malware, or violates platform guidelines for the platforms you intend to publish on.
Free trial: New accounts receive 3 free exports. No credit card is required for the free trial.
Paid plans: Paid plans are billed monthly. Plan details, pricing, and limits are described on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 20% of your monthly minutes. Contact us at support@reevid.ai to request a refund.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of video processing minutes. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month. If you exceed your plan limits, processing will be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

Reevid uses AI to select and assemble video clips based on your brief. The AI makes decisions automatically and results may not always match your expectations. We do not guarantee that generated clips will be suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing.
The Reevid brand, logo, website design, and underlying technology are owned by Reevid and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reevid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or suitable for your needs.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
